This wasn't a big deal, really. I cut the back off of the main piece of Makerbot's skull, then slapped it on the sides of WTam63's end cap. Be sure you go check out his other uploads! I printed one the same day I made it, and it turned out great. Use the setting you normally use for Nerf parts, should be fine...
