WT32-SC01 Mount for Prusa Lack Enclosure
prusaprinters
The WT32-SC01 is a low cost wireless touch panel device. I have installed the firmware OXRS on this device and use it to control continuous print jobs, and query the printer through the API provided by OctoPrint. So I needed some way to mount this on the outside of my Ikea Lack enclosure. Obvs it needed to be printed in Prusa PETG orange, with the mounting bracket in jet black. The model comprises 4 parts:enclosure top (wraps around the sides as well)enclosure base (connects to the brackets)2x brackets (they friction-fit onto the mounting plate)a mounting plate (this is screwed into the wall / Lack enclosure / whatever)Instructions:No supports needed anywhereEverything should be obvious except the following:Create 2 instances of the bracket, lay them down flat, and mirror one of them along the Z axis. It should be obvious when you load everything up in slicer, but make sure you understand how the brackets fit onto the mounting plate. It's not rocket science - but just mentioning here, in case you go ahead and print 2 brackets without thinking about it first :)I printed everything with a 0.6 nozzle but 0.4 would be perfect. The bracket and mounting plate I printed at 0.4 layer height and the enclosure at 0.2 to give a nicer detail.
