WT32-SC01 Case For Board Without Captive Nuts
thingiverse
This is a case for the WT32-SC01 board. The board includes an ESP32, TFT Display, and Capacitive Touch Screen. There are two versions of this board. One includes captive nuts to mount the board, and the original model works fine for that version. I created this version for the board without nuts by extending the frame such that 6mm long standoffs can be soldered to the board and be used for mounting. The case includes a cutout for a power switch, and mounting locations for an 18650 battery holder, micro-USB power input and charging board, and a DC-DC step-up module set to 5V to drive the WT32-SC01. The power input and DC-DC module were from my parts bin, so can't be sure of the exact source. but search one of the usual sources for "TP4056 TC4056 5V Type-C Micro USB 1A 18650 With Protection Charger Lithium Battery Charging Board" and "MT3608 DC-DC Adjustable Boost Module" and you can't go too far wrong. Dimensions vary from source to source. The switch goes between the TP4056 board and the boost module. If you use a DPDT switch you can use the second pole to also switch the output of the battery through a resistor divider to an analog input on the WT32-SC01 to monitor the battery voltage.
