The exact location where this specimen was collected remains unknown. In person, this rock primarily consists of plagioclase and quartz, with quartz making up less than 20% of the total composition. The mafic minerals are predominantly biotite, but hornblende is also present in significant amounts. Some areas of the sample appear to be creamy white potassium feldspar, although this is not immediately apparent when viewing the rock by hand and may have been influenced by lighting during imaging procedures.
