Wrist Joint Mech Part

During the pandemic, I began learning Fusion 360 and was genuinely enthusiastic about it. What a great way to start than creating parts for a private defense robo-mech? This would be a shoulder or wrist joint with some degree of movement. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get it working in Fusion using the joint system, so maybe I'm missing something. If you know how to set that up properly, let me know!
