This slide rule bracelet is best printed at .1mm layer height and no infill.

Infill, such as gyroid, may be used to create an aesthetic as light shines through the thin rings. For opaque materials, zero infill works well.

Using temperature and UV sensitive filaments can increase the features of this calculating device.

The two parts snap together. Some scraping or sanding may be necessary, especially if printing with multiple materials (available from the openSCAD).

The dense marks require a large print (a neckless instead of a bracelet) or a small nozzle.

When printing with dual material and .25 nozzle I found the best marks were with a width of .3mm and external perimeter of .15, .25 normal parameter and 3 shells. This allows for a ring in the marking area. Also, I used .003 extra on restart because there are many small retractions for the marks.

Creative Commons non-commercial, share alike 2021.

Share and nJoy maths!
