wrist brace

This is a custom wrist splint designed for optimal functionality. Its thickness is precisely 1.8 mm, featuring a rugged edge pattern that provides a secure grip. Here are the print settings used to create this model: MakerBot printer brand, specifically the MakerBot Replicator (5th Generation) model, was employed to produce this design. The raft setting was enabled during printing to ensure a stable base. Supports were not required for this object due to its balanced geometry. The resolution of 30% was chosen for optimal surface quality and print speed. Finally, a 100% infill density was selected to provide maximum strength and durability. I designed this wrist splint using advanced 3D scanning technology that captured the precise details of the human wrist. The design was then refined in Meshmixer, where I optimized its shape for printing. Additionally, I utilized 123D's powerful tools to enhance the design's structural integrity. Finally, Thinkercad was used to finalize the model and prepare it for printing.
