I made the Power Plant Model as “Wright Flyer 1903, Power Plant” in 2021.3.1To this model, I added “Elevator” and “Rudder” to the "Power Plant" I made previously. A. The features incorporated in the model are as follows;　① Elevator : Angle Changeable 　　　・Elevator (New)　　　・Elevator Frame (New)　　　・Pitch Control Wheel, Hands of Pilot (Modified)　② Rudder : Angle Changeable　　　・Rudder (New)　　　・Rudder Frame (New)　　　・Trailing Wing (Renew)　　　・Propeller shaft support reinforcement tool (Added)　　　・Warp Wing Wiring (Partial+Tool) and Bell Cranks (New)　B. Assembly Manual (PDF format, total 21 pages) The detail assembly manual including "Parts-List", "After printing treatment" and "Assembly procedure" are prepared based on "Standard Skill (Filing, Drilling, Tapping and painting)". C. STL files “ws” of last 2 digits of file name means “With Support” special designed. Total STL files are 46 items including the stand and tools. D. Purchase Parts Information; - Aluminum Tubes ・・ φ3, 5 - Piano Wire ・・ φ1 (300mm Length wire is used) - Wood Bar ・・ Rectangle (2x10, 3x15, 5x10), Square (3x3, 6x6) - Screws, Nuts, Washer ・・ M1.4, M2, M3 ・・Adjust screw length by your experience. - Screws to wood parts are determined by your experience. E. Total Net Print Time: Approx. 60 HR - (Estimated as case of PLA, 0.4mm Nozzle, 0.2mm Layer Height, 40% infill and No raft and support) Note: When at actual print, each parameter may be adjusted by your experience. F. Printing settings Raft, Support, Layer Height, Infill: Depending on your experience. My models were printed by "idbox" using with 0.4 nozzle, 1.75 PLA. [IMPORTANT NOTICE]This model was designed based on the "Power Plant" I made myself, so there may be dimensional differences between it and the "Power Plant" you made. I strongly recommend that you only purchase this if you can resolve the difference yourself.
