I made the Power Plant Model as “Wright Flyer 1903, Power Plant” in 2021.3.1And I added “Elevator” and “Rudder” to the "Power Plant" in 2024.5.16.But I have not model to explain “Warping Wing with Rudder Control”.This is brand new study model to explain specialized “Warping Wing with Rudder Control”. Commercially available materials and the dimensions of the 3D printed parts make the model appear to be more rigid than the actual aircraft. A. The features incorporated in the model are as follows; ① Main Wing : Warping Trailing Wing by Hip Cradle thru wiring.   ・Wiring connected Rudder Control Bell Cranks ② Rudder : Angle Changeable   ・Angle Change Wiring to connected Bell Cranks. ③ Elevator : Angle Changeable    ・Pitch Control Wheel connected to pilot lever. Assembly Manual (PDF format, total 27 pages)The detail assembly manual including "Parts-List", "After printing treatment" and "Assembly procedure" are prepared based on "Standard Skill (Filing, Drilling, Tapping and painting)". C. STL files “ws” of last 2 digits of file name means “With Support” special designed. Total STL files are 48 items including the stand and tools. D. Purchase Parts Information; - Aluminum Tubes ・・ φ3, 4 - Piano Wire ・・ φ1 - Wood Bar(900mm Long) ・・ Rectangle (2x5, 2x8, 3x5, 4x8), Square (4x4, 6x6) - Screws, Nuts, Washer ・・ M1.4, M2 ・・Adjust screw length by your experience. - Screws to wood parts are determined by your experience. E. Total Net Print Time: Approx. 40 HR - (Estimated as case of PLA, 0.4mm Nozzle, 0.2mm Layer Height, 40% infill and No raft and support) Note: When at actual print, each parameter may be adjusted by your experience. F. Printing settings Raft, Support, Layer Height, Infill: Depending on your experience. My models were printed by "idbox" using with 0.4 nozzle, 1.75 PLA. I do hope your patience and success.
