Created this wrapping paper cutter for larger sized wrapping paper rolls (70mm) but can also work on smaller sized rolls. This uses X-Acto #11 blades. There are several options for logos for the outside: NoLogo, SnowFlake, Snowman, ChristmasTree, SantaHat. On other similar designs I have seen comments about how they do not work or how they break. This does work but you need to do a simple Google search for 'Little ELF' to watch videos on how to use.
