Here are a few WPL 5mm hex wheel designs I came up with. I haven't had the chance to print them myself, so there may be some bugs or flaws that need addressing. These are my first real attempt at 3D design, and any suggestions, comments, or tips from experienced designers would be greatly appreciated. Edit: 03/07/18 3:22 am - Better hexes and material added to eliminate weak spots. Edit: 03/07/18 7:30 pm - Lip width increased, supports for the hex added, overall diameter increased, and mounting screw hole enlarged. Edit: 3/18/19 - More material added to ID to eliminate potential weak areas, a more detailed version of the Actros style wheel added, and beefier lugs added to the Soft 8 style wheel.
