WPI (wraps per inch) Gauge for yarn
thingiverse
WPI, meaning "Wraps per inch," is a way to measure the weight, or thickness, of an unlabeled yarn. It is the number of times that a strand can wrap around a 1-inch long area without overlapping. This gauge tool includes a 1-inch long measurement area as well as a handy reference guide for determining the weight of your yarn based on the resulting WPI. This prints up fairly easily. No supports needed, and I used about 20% infill but I don't think it ultimately matters too much. I used a more "high-def", slower setting to make sure the letters came out well. All-in-all this print took about an hour to finish up.
