WP Hi Speed adjuster knob

Adjust the adjuster knob so you can fine-tune the Hi speed on WP shocks by hand with ease. If necessary, make one 17mm and another 17.2mm adjuster to get a snug fit. I printed mine using PLA but it may not withstand high temperatures, so I'll try ABS next time if it starts to melt. 03/08/20 To make the knob even easier to turn, I added a bigger one that's more convenient to handle.
