Update:- single tube version now added to the set. Added anti roll bumps to the single tube to prevent the tube rolling when put down on a flat surface. Wowstick battery powered rechargeable hobby screwdriver carrier. 3 versions. Silly name, great tool. The more expensive Wowstick set comes with a case a bit like a glasses case but only holds the wowstick and one tube of bits. The kit comes with 3. There are single bit tube packs but for those who got the extra tubes it is not an easy thing to keep together, much less carry. I kept the design simple so that should you break or lose a cap it is easily replaced. without needing a print by using a PET thread drinks bottle top. So if you don't want to bother printing the smaller cap you can just use the top off any suitable PET bottle. There are 2 versions of the smaller tube caps. The taller printable small cap is designed so that you can keep a bit in the screwdriver and still slot it in the enclosure with enough room to fasten the cap down. If you use a PET cap or the smaller rounded top small cap then that option of keeping a bit in place is not available to you (apart from the single tube version that has a little more length than the other variants).. There are now 3 versions here, The 1+3, a 1+1 and a single tube version. The first holds the driver and 3 bit tubes, the 2nd holds only the driver and one bit tube the third holds either the wowstick or a bit tube. For the 1+3 print the main case plus one small and one large cap (unless you are using a PET cap then just print the large cap. For the 1+1 you will need either two of the small caps or two PET caps (or one of each if that's your desire. Print the carrier upright with the opening facing up. Print the lids upside down with the open area pointing up. For anybody considering using this for something other than a Wowstick, the inner diameter of the tubes is 17mm with the available height being around 180mm if memory serves. Although the 1+3 holds the 3 tubes in place individually, they are not in totally separate compartments. I chose to open the centre and use a near overlap to keep the enclosure as small as possible. The wider top and bottom being for extra strength. I wanted this to be strong enough to take a bit of a beating. Even printed at 30 percent infill this is more than strong enough. The single tube version has a smaller outer diameter, but a larger inner diameter in width and also length.
