Print both pieces in TPU (without supports)Pay attention to cooling and minimum layer time since the little knob at the end of the strap is taller than everything else and heat can be a problem if you print too fast.Thread the strap through the ringThread the small T-shaped end into the ring from the outside. It's a tight fit, but it does fit.Add a couple small drops of cyanoacrylate/superglue and seat the strap all the way into the ring (it's a tight fit, but should fit flush on the inside) – be careful not to pull it all the way through!This glue isn't strictly needed, but it prevents the strap pulling through with rough handling.Trim the broken leash/strap off of the original lid and clean up the edgesDrill a 4mm or 5/16" hole in the center of the lidSnap the new leash nub into the new hole (it's also a tight fit, but that's what we want!)Unscrew the top of the cup, remove the old/broken ring, and add your fresh new one in its place!
