I have disassembled this remarkable trunk into numerous individual components and reengineered them in order to print it in multiple hues. I reimagined the hinge to utilize a 3.5 mm brass rod and added screw holes as well to the hinge. It is recommended that you pre-drill the holes into the trunk after you have bonded the hinge in place using epoxy. I was able to print the lower half of the lion in two colors on a single print utilizing Prusa Slicer 2.0. The upper half of the lion will need to be printed separately and the individual gold pieces bonded to the blue back plate using epoxy. The upper half of the trunk took the longest to print (24 hours), it is suggested that you print it upside down in order to minimize print times and waste due to the amount of print bed supports required. I have included the blue chest outline files in whole and broken down into components, I utilized the broken down components in my build.
