Stainless steel trays are frequently employed in food processing, featuring a rigid structure due to their multiple bend mesh weave. However, producing these trays can be challenging; an ideal solution would involve spot welding rigs, but this is impractical for smaller orders. As a result, our primary stainless steel fabricator declined the order. Instead, a less prestigious factory performed TIG welding manually, leading to potential warping and non-uniformity. Despite these issues, the product remains within acceptable bounds and required passivation to remove weld marks and enhance corrosion resistance.
