Woven Plant Holder with Support Rod

Woven Plant Holder with Support Rod

I received a request to print the wonderful woven pencil holder with a support pole to help attach a certain rare Anthurium (tropical plant) and so I got to work on this. It's not the most elegant design, but I've gone through several revisions and printed it to test myself. Works great providing support and looking clean in a wood filament, I may print multiple. The one shown in image was printed at 170% size to fit a roughly 2' tall plant. The pole is offset to clear space for a cup or roots, with the base flared for increased stability.

TO NOTE:

Because this is a part function/part form print, the infill on the “weave” doesn't matter but does on the support rod. There are guides online for setting a specific infill zone, I've included a screenshot of the set area I made for 100% infill on the rod, the rest of the print I left to 20% but it could've been less. If that's too complicated, it can be printed just at an overall higher infill percentage (at least 60%) though your mileage may vary depending on your print size.

Thanks if you actually read this, go easy on me this is my first remix on printables haha

(P.S. I'm considering adding a pole extension or just revising this model to make the pole slightly taller, I've noticed on my Ender 3 Pro I could get another 30-40mm of pole height and I'm sure the extra length will help.)
