Wound Wipe Dispenser IPA Bed Cleaning - Customisable

I LOVE these cheap wound wipes from Amazon. They are 70% IPA and 30% de-ionised water - so perfect for cleaning a bed. Much better than using a bottle of IPA and toilet paper, wasting loads of it and leaving lint everywhere. They come in a cheap carboard box, so I designed this simple dispenser for them. The sachets are square and are about 50mm, so the box is 50mm square inside. When unfolded, the actual wipes themselves are 32mm x 67mmhttps://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B009UG8872/The photos are of version 1, which had an open slot all the way up to allow you to get the lid off easily, but the thing files are for the improved version that has the top of the box enclosed for extra strength. I've printed this one too and it works very well. I just had to add some finger-nail slots in the lid to be able to get it out easily. You can print the STL files as is - just use a line thickness of 0.6mm (perfect for a 0.4mm nozzle) to ensure strong walls. You will also need to add supports for the bottom part of the slot the wipes are pulled from. However, I have learnt how to use the equations within SolidWorks to load values from a file. You can just change those files and rebuild. It's based very much on line thickness and how many walls you want, so if you're going to customise it, make sure you set a line thickness in your slicer that matches the one in the file. There are lots of photos in my make.
