Replacement cutting disc designed specifically for the larger Worx Landroid L-series models, such as the WG795E and similar machines with a "Hex"-mount or the more common FLAT-mount. This innovative upgrade adds six knives to existing devices, significantly increasing their cutting capacity. Users can expect a substantial improvement in cutting speed, with an increase of at least 50% in overall efficiency. To assemble this replacement disc, owners will need six M4 locking nuts and three longer M4 screws. To facilitate easier printing, the design has been optimized into two separate parts, minimizing the need for additional support structures during the printing process. Printed using PLA material with a layer thickness of 0.15mm and an infill percentage of 75%, this disc is designed to be printed in a straightforward manner. It's essential to rotate the print 180° before starting the printing process to ensure accurate alignment. *UPDATE: June 12, 2018* A new version of the replacement cutting disc has been added, featuring a larger diameter of 200mm. This updated design is labeled as V2 and offers further improved capacity compared to its predecessor. Additionally, a "Flat" adapter has been included in this update, allowing the disc to fit almost all L-series models. Both adapters are designed to be compatible with discs measuring 190/200mm in diameter. When utilizing the "Flat"-adapter, users will need to drill three new holes for securing the M4-mounting screws in place.
