Scanning a military boot worn down by combat. Created using photogrammetry to produce 3D model that was manually retopped into smooth curves. Details about the scanned object: Verts counted 16,705; faces calculated at 16,663 with 33,326 turned over for proper rendering as tris. The boot's design is built around quads for ease of editing with mesh modeling techniques to increase details without losing original proportions when subdividing it later on down the line. Additional version available in case one boot isn't enough; users have a complete pair from here, including this very same military boot alongside its exact identical mirrored counterpart, now finished at all four angles of visibility! A material with physically-based rendering was used in order to create the surface qualities as seen under normal lighting and materials set up properly. Principled BSDF shaders were applied through Blender specifically, for working with cycles renderer – and for that other one; eeeeeevee's shader will take its cue here from said principled setup just so you can apply same quality across every different graphics engine there is Textures used: BC Normal map with some really great wear effects - see for yourself. Roughness which isn't very much, metal in spots where it got hit and the other areas around. It all has to make your heart go back through that battlefield as well; ambient and some super subtle shiny reflections you may use when rendering this model! Included also is a Lit Preview images of it in Cycles; lit preview showing you every side just for easy access right at home now! Also available separately at lesser price.
