Wormscrew gearbox

Wormscrew gearbox

thingiverse

A large servo motor-driven gearbox featuring a wormscrew with 13:1 ratio is designed, housing drive horns on both sides. The potentiometer is indirectly mounted via an involute gear. Newer -1 files offer easier assembly. Required parts include 2x SKF 68062RS bearings, 1x SKF 608ZZ bearing, all printable at 0.3mm except for the gearboxscrew.stl; slice it at 0.2mm or less. Servo modification involves disassembling, removing components, cutting the main servo horn head's pillar, and reassembling per the exploded diagram. The potentiometer is attached after pushing through "bottom plate pot holder" and secured with a screw. Inspiration was drawn from the "inmoov" gearbox design.
