Wormex is a worm-gear based extruder designed for carriages using MGN12H linear guides. It offers a 20:1 reduction ratio and features BMG dual-gear filament pushing, making it ideal for various hotend types. Materials Needed: Aside from the printed parts, Wormex requires the following materials: * 4 M3 screws (2 x 40mm, 1 x 25mm, and 1 x 30mm) for Nema17 stepper * 4 M3 screws and nuts for 40x10mm or 40x20mm fan mounting * 2 M3 screws and nuts for attaching the 5015 fan duct to the backplate * 1 M3 screw and nut for securing the 5015 fan to the duct * 2 M5 x 30mm screws to connect the backplate to the MGN12H carriage support * 1 M3 screw and nut for mounting BL touch to the backplate (screw length TBD) * A worm gear with a 5mm bore (available on AliExpress) * A 20T gear with a 5mm bore (available on AliExpress) * A 5mm shaft, 6cm long, with a D-shaped section (available on AliExpress) * One MR95ZZ bearing * One F695-2RS bearing * A BMG dual-gear kit for the extruder (available on AliExpress) * A PC4-M10 pneumatic connector
