Worm-Gear Reducer
thingiverse
A worm gear reducer with a module of 1.5 and 60x10 (6:1) teeth on the driven gear is housed within a minimalistic frame. An included motor adapter allows for connection to the worm part, which is held together using M4 bolts and nuts. To print, use "M1.5 - Worm 20x28 mm - With Hole.STL" as the worm with high-quality settings (e.g., 0.1mm per layer) and either "Worm Gear - M1.5 with 60 teeth x 20mm with M2 10 teeth gear (Flat Spokes).STL" or "Worm Gear - M1.5 with 60 teeth x 20mm with M2 10 teeth gear (Round Spokes).STL" as the driven gear, printed at standard quality (0.2mm per layer). The case consists of two parts, "Case (Left Side).STL" and "Case (Right Side).STL," designed to fit a motor with an outer diameter of 28mm. An optional motor connector, made from "Motor Gear Connector (Sliced) - 2.STL" and connected using M3x16 bolts with M4 nuts inside, can be used for added support. Assemble the components together using M4 bolts and nuts, and enjoy your completed project!
