Worm Gear Educational Aid

I designed this fully printable worm gear model as an educational tool for a project at Michigan Technological University. The worm proved extremely challenging to print, requiring multiple attempts before I achieved satisfactory results. To overcome difficulties, I strongly suggest using a very low layer height instead of relying on support material. As you can observe, some imperfections remain on the worm from removing support material. Additionally, it's essential to use glue to secure the shaft to the worm, the knob to the shaft, and the shaft holders to the base for a seamless assembly.
