I originally modified the previous author's scad file, simply slicing the holder on each side and adding support along the sliced sides. This design is now better suited for rendering in OpenSCAD by using 2D objects for each different portion and then generating a 3D object with linear_extrude function. Each object is positioned in its appropriate z position.
