World's Simplest Universal Vegetable Peeler Guard

The backstoryWhilst hunting around in my kitchen draw, something bit my finger - a viciously sharp vegetable peeler. And not for the first time, so I decided enough was enough, time to muzzle it.I had a look online, found a few, printed one that looked promising as it was designed for the same brand. It immediately fell off.So I designed my own, massively over engineered version. Then I simplified it, and simplified it, and simplified it.The solutionI can proudly claim that this is the simplest cover in the world, because it is just a rectangle, you can't get much simpler than that! Literally just a rectangle of plastic. It is undeniably easy to print with no overhangs, no tolerances, etc.And yet, it is 100% guaranteed to be a perfect fit every single time, no matter what brand of peeler you have. You don't need any screws or glue, the only tool you need is some kind of heat source.I used a hairdryer, but you could probably use a warm radiator.Just remember you want it soft, not liquid!Just heat the cover for a few seconds and bend it round the blade, and you're done! You can even scale it in your regular slicer if your blade is a little thicker or longer just make sure you keep the height the same. The plastic remains springy, so you can just clip it on and pull it off as needed. It takes 5 minutes to print, so if you lose it or break it, it's easy to replace it.Print in whatever colour you like!
