world of ward rotary table controller lid and box
thingiverse
I crafted the lid to complement the ward keypad and controller display. The lid features a slightly larger gap between the keypad module and the controller module, compared to the standard world of ward template design. I produced the lid with 100% infill. The box itself is only 2mm thick and took 19 hours to print at 20% infill. A better approach might be to print it with 50% infill for added rigidity. I drilled holes in the top surface of the box for cable management. Subsequently, I designed a wall strengthener and applied epoxy resin to secure it in place. Additionally, I drilled holes into the box to accommodate 3mm nuts that would hold the top lid securely in position. These nuts were also bonded with epoxy resin. You may want to consider printing the top first and then decide whether to create your own box from scratch.
