<p>The contour data for the largest 60 land masses and 6 of the largest lakes were plotted on two spheres, 100mm and 102mm radius.. Arcs were made between contour points to generate closed paths. Lofts were then made between the two spheres.</p><p>Printing takes about 79 hours, 42 hr for northern hemisphere, 37 hours for southern hemisphere. Print level was .1mm with rectilinear infill and NO SUPPORT.</p><p>The two hemispheres may be joined by 2 to 4 1/8" x 1" pins and superglue.</p><h3>Print instructions</h3><p>.1mm level spacing, no support and 10% fill. I used Paramount PLA filament 210 C/ 65 C on a Prusa MK 3S.</p>
