Workzone Titanium 2x Nut Setter + Driver Holder (ALDI)
thingiverse
This is a redesign of my driver bit holder for Makita 18v tools tailored to fit seamlessly onto ALDI's Workzone Titanium 20v Drill and Driver. The redesigned holder boasts wider spacing, accommodating a 5/16 and a 3/8 nutsetter bit alongside one driver bit as evident in the provided photos. This upgraded holder remains compatible with the same three-piece socket adapter kit as its Makita counterpart; however, due to the tapered design of the tool, the 1/2 inch adapter cannot be fully inserted into the holder. The attached photos demonstrate this limitation, and I may revisit the design to address this issue at a later stage. For alternative designs, please explore my other listings. This redesigned holder securely attaches to ALDI's Workzone Tool via a single M3 bolt or by utilizing the tool's existing bolt. The bits are designed to slide in and out while being held snugly in place, resulting in an initial slightly difficult insertion process until the holder is worn in. To alleviate this issue, you can employ a small file to shape the sides of the holder until a desired fit is achieved. The example shown in the photos was printed with PLA above 80% infill and appears robust enough for home or garage DIY projects. For optimal results, print the holder upright. If you prefer the holder on the opposite side of the tool, simply mirror the model in your slicing software.
