Workzone / Aldi Battery Charger Wall Brackets (Xfinity 20V / Gardenline)
thingiverse
I designed a couple of mounting brackets to securely hold the Workzone / Aldi Xfinity Plus 20v Battery Charger on a wall. First, mount the bottom bracket and position the charger in place, then secure it with the top bracket. This design can easily support a 4.0Ah Battery attached to the charger. The print quality of my brackets is clear because I printed them directly from STL files using supports. This method produces clean-looking results and ensures maximum strength for the brackets. However, my printer encountered an issue when printing the Top Bracket - it got clogged just a few layers from the top, resulting in visible infill lines in the photos. Nevertheless, this problem does not affect the overall strength of the brackets. To ensure optimal performance, I printed my brackets at 40% infill, which is likely overkill but guarantees maximum strength. To assemble the charger, use 3.5mm (6g) Self Tapping Pan Head Screws. These are readily available for less than $4 at Bunnings and can be found here: https://www.bunnings.com.au/zenith-6g-x-18mm-zinc-plated-self-tapper-pan-head-sheet-metal-screws-35-pack_p2420142
