The workpiece carrier seamlessly integrates with Bosch Rexroth TS1 systems. This precision-engineered workpiece carrier facilitates manual jigging of housings featuring taped flanges and corresponding shafts. The housing securely rests on 4 height-adjustable pins, utilizing defined surfaces of the housing flange to maintain precise positioning. Guide pins meticulously control the housing's position, while guide rails provide additional support for manual loading. A locating pin ensures the accurate alignment of the tapped flange, ensuring a secure fit. The upper locating pin features an adjustable index plunger, allowing for compatibility with two distinct types of taped flanges. Colored plastic washers clearly indicate the set position, eliminating confusion. To prevent unintended lifting, a ball retainer screw is strategically positioned near the upper locating pin. Additionally, a sturdy transport seat made from V-blocks securely cradles the respective shaft.
