Workmate handle
thingiverse
The old Black and Decker Workmate 225's handle gave way, prompting me to forge a new one. I opted for 30% infill density and three perimeter shells in the arm's design. A 10% infill with a rafting feature was employed on the knob, ensuring its structural integrity. To secure the knob to the arm, I chose a sturdy 1-1/2" hex bolt featuring a 1/4"-20 thread. A dab of lock-tite was applied to the nut for added stability and prevention of loose threading when turning the handle.
