Updated the model so there's no cutout on the block. I also added a valve cover. Print the Crank and Pistons flat!! I printed crank and pistons with 3 walls and 20% infill because they need to be strong TAKE YOUR TIME REMOVING THE SUPPORTS I had to use very weak supports. As in 1 wall and 4% infill supports. It took me several hours to remove the supports and another 1 or 2 to "break in" the crank/pistons so that the binding was minimal. The fit is TIGHT, so some grinding is expected with no lubrication.
