Hey Guys, This is a customized Version of an existing engine from thingiverse that I've modified to suit my needs. I printed this at 210% Scale and discovered that printing the block without supports was quite challenging, so I made some adjustments to make it possible to print it with no supports at all. To improve functionality, I added a top end for the engine to cover one side of the Block. You can easily put the top end on or off, and it fits perfectly (if properly cleaned). My settings for printing different parts are as follows: Bottom End: 20% infill, 0.3mm layer height Block: 20% infill, 0.3mm layer height Top End: 20% infill, 0.3mm layer height (with supports) Crank and Pistons: 30% infill, 0.2mm layer height (with supports) I will soon upload all my results for your reference.
