Working R/C Motor

Working R/C Motor

thingiverse

I created this model as a final project for a 3D solid modeling class and decided to share it here. The working model was made in Autodesk Inventor. A bearing is all that's needed to fit into the front of the block to hold the crank up; I'll be making one and adding it to the files soon, but I haven't fully printed this yet - I'm just starting to print the model. I plan on posting files of everything scaled up to a larger size, possibly 200%. The piston, head, and rod will need resizing because they are significantly smaller than the block; I'm not sure why that happened in my CAD software, but I'm guessing something went wrong when I exported it as an STL file. If you have any questions, feel free to ask - if you'd like the files to make changes to them, just let me know and I can get those to you!
