Kitchen knives designed for both right-handed and left-handed users are available. They come in separate units - one specifically crafted for each hand orientation. To ensure optimal performance, please do not join two parts together by gluing them. Each knife is designed to be used independently, with a part tailored to the user's dominant hand. Sharpening can be done using sandpaper. For best results, follow the manufacturer's printing instructions.
