Working Frame with Full Aero-Package (AKA Part 2)

In the Rear Wing assembly process, the main challenge was attaching it to the frame. To overcome this, split brackets were made and bolted onto the rear wing, while the Suspension Rod Assy from HW#6 was modified and used for support. Synchronous modeling helped minimize angles when modifying the frame, with two rods connecting from the engine's rectangular bars to the rear wing and two more rods linking from a lengthened vertical bar. A distance constraint between central axes (set at .0001") ensured precision. For body panel edits, holes were added in panels and rings placed through them, secured with distance constraints. Though time-consuming, these changes can be easily undone if desired. Drawings and material assignments for Front Wing Assembly, Rear Wing Assembly, Rear Wing Mounting Rod 1 Assembly, and Rear Wing Mounting Rod 2 Assembly were completed, while unused parts can be ignored or deleted.
