This 3D model was originally created using Sketchup 8 and later converted to other 3D formats. Native format is .skp, with a 3ds Max 2016 scene rendered using Vray 3.00. As an example of working-class architecture in Paulwall, this cookie-cutter house dates back to the 40's and stands near the industrial yard that originally employed factory workers. Today, however, the factories have closed and relocated, leaving behind a substandard neighborhood with run-down homes like this one. Police respond frequently to incidents here, while firefighters regularly battle blazes sparked by arson. Most of Paulwall remains well-maintained, but on the other side of the train tracks lies what locals refer to as crackhead country. Narrow streets are lined with cramped houses in disrepair, often surrounded by litter and vacant lots, inhabited by people struggling economically. Not a safe place to be at night. Typically, these small 2-bedroom homes have only one bathroom, housing families ranging from 1 to 6 people in squalid conditions. Some still harbor asbestos hazards within their walls, while poorly constructed foundations creak with every footstep and shiver in winter's chill. Basement storage is rare; even garages are absent for many. The area's rampant crime – including shootings, thefts, and vandalism – renders it no haven for women or children after dark. On the horizon stands the gleaming urban skyline of downtown Paulwall, inhabited by a community of those out of work, former prisoners, methamphetamine users, uneducated individuals, and residents barely scraping by in rusted-out vehicles. Visitors should exercise caution while navigating these surroundings!
