Working Batarang
cults3d
This is a functional Batarang. After conceptualizing it, I fabricated all the components on a small CNC milling machine but see no reason why they wouldn't work with a 3D printer. You might need to experiment with spring tension etc so as to ensure that springs don't rip pins out. The wings use two X three millimeter pins and the spring's attach to a two-millimeter pin. There are three M3 eight millimeter long socket head cap screws that hold everything together, and the front emblem is held on with a couple of self-tapping screws no longer than four millimeters.
