Worker Swordfish, a dual sized, dual stage flywheel nerf blaster
thingiverse
Workers at stage one handle hurricane for worker W0297, while those at stage two work on flywheels with identical performance as a dual-sized flywheel setup using two workers in mid-170's on 2's with Fang R's. This custom cage fits snugly inside the Swordfish without any external holes in its body. However, careful clearance is required near the lower full-size flywheel motor where it touches the shell to avoid damage. Remove all obstructions within the body that may collide with the cage. The lower front screw post remains intact but must be cleared for the flywheel installation. No need to Dremel into the thread area; simply screw everything together there. A stock plastic guide tube is used from the flywheel cage to the muzzle, providing additional support during assembly. Have a fun and successful build process.
