This massive monument, unveiled on April 28th, honors the memories of those who lost their lives at work or succumbed to workplace injuries and illnesses. April 28th is also a day when advocates fight for the rights of living workers. The sculpture embodies the spirit of International Workers' Day, which falls just days later on May 1st. This public installation can be found in Three Mills Green, Stratford, East London.
