It’s the same sytem of Franky Devaere http://grabcad.com/library/workbench-table-hight-adjustment-mechanism-type2, but there isn’t accumulator, It’s the system EasyMotion of Bansbach. I upload it for have price and characteristics of the existing system. There are two configurations, you can prefer speed or weight. For the first configuration, with a 510mm manual pump you prefer the speed with 6mm by revolution of crank with 250kg but 400kg max on the system. For the second configuration, with a 702mm manual pump, you prefer the height with 4mm by revolution with 300kg and 600 kg max. Assume that the user does two turns of the crank per second, with the first configuration we are at 12mm/s but with 250 kg, i don’t know for 400kg, The handle (125mm) is retractable. This system will be perfect with an 230V electric motor =) with 400kg at 14.7mm/s for example. http://www.easymoov.fr/pages/fr/menu2/qui-sommes-nous--9.html the price for 4 gas spring 2 effect is 410$, 250$ for the pump and 30$ for the crank. For 400 gas spring, 21800$ ==> 54$ for one. 15400$ for 100 pump ==> 154$ for one. and 2100 for 100 crank ==> 21$ for one. I think it’s best for a company to buy a system already built, already approved, that produce more parts itself, which requires the necessary equipment, or buy parts from several manufacturers which can be quite expensive. I also think that the assembly line will be smaller, less expensive, with a system like this.
