I'm creating an OpenScad parametric version of JenniferG's "Rock Solid Workbench". Mainly because I was feeling unenthusiastic, that's why. You can choose to input dimensions in inches or mm. MM might be convenient if you're building a scale model bench. Inches is what I'd use for a full-size workbench.
