I Designed this Replacement Idler Wheel for a Worksharp Knife Sharpener, Specifically to Fix a Broken One. The Original Part had been Skeletonized, Which Made It Thin and Prone to Cracking. To Prevent This, the New Part is Solid from Bearing to Belt Surface. If Desired, It Could be Lightened with Strategic Holes to Achieve a Balance Between Strength and Weight.
