Work-in-Progress Detector Employs Dr. Stiffler's SEC 15.1 with customized parameter settings. A 470-picoFarad capacitor is connected directly to the base, while an unknown inductance value for L2 is wrapped around a three-dimensional coil form and trimmed by millimeters for precise tuning. The L3 adjustable inductor allows for easy fine-tuning. The transistor used is the MPSA06, known for its exceptional performance. The detector circuit consists of a straightforward arrangement of 2N3904 and 2N3906 NPN/PNP transistors that amplify gain to activate either an LED or buzzer. SEC represents an advanced electronic design, requiring meticulous calibration to ensure optimal performance. Proper tuning demands precise matching of inductance, capacitance, and resistance values across all three coils to achieve efficient results.
