Work holder with clamp and chuck

As with many of us i have hobbies that require me to be able to hold a work piece at many different angles to be able to create the effect that i want. There are not many tools for holding work that will allow more than one direction of motion, and there are times that i need 3 or 4 directions of motion to get the part in the spot i need. This work holder allows me to move the work piece into the position i need. Any good work holder should be able to be screwed down to a work surface, or clamped down to a bench or table. It should be able to be rotated or positioned with out removing the work. And  it should have different options for holding work. This work holder can be clamped to a table, screwed down to a board, or held in place with double stick tape giving you multiple options for mounting the work holder. The main body can be adjusted to different angles depending on the need. The thread is a 1x8 thread so it can take chucks designed for small lathes. The adaptor attaches to the work holder giving several directions of motion allowing the work to be positioned as needed. And for mounting the work both a chuck and vice are provided. The only nonprinted part needed is a 1/4x20 bolt. The print files are set up for PLA with the standard configuration to give you an idea of how long it will take to print. I would print using nylon or PC with added perimeters and infill to get the strength needed. The primary thread for attaching to the work holder is a 1" x 8. The thread is a standard thread. Please note that all printers print with a different tolerance and with all 3D printed threaded parts you may need to scale the part 1% or 2% in the x and y directions to get a nice fit. Good luck and have fun printing.  By using the mounting plate you can use other peoples vices and mounting methods.
