Woody Wagon
thingiverse
This scaled-down wagon is based on a sketch rather than an actual model or manufacturer's design. To minimize printing time and material, it was printed at 90% of its full size. Printing at a lower scale, such as 60%, would compromise the strength of the axles and bumpers' attachment pegs, which must be printed at the same scale as the body to fit properly. A small hole in the hubcap axle allows for the use of a staple or similar item as a cotter pin after assembly. Alternatively, a separate pin can be printed. To ensure proper fitment, a washer can be added between the wheel and the body, with .05" clearance left intentionally for this purpose. Please note that the uploaded g-code files are scaled to 90%, not 100%. If you prefer a different scale, create your print files (g-code) using the provided STL files and adjust the scale as needed.
