Woody Doll Voice Box Repair Plastic Part

If you have a Woody Doll with a string that won't retract there is a chance that the plastic part inside is completely shattered. You can see on one picture( red part ) that I managed to glue back together to help in the re-design. It was in numerous pieces. You can see the 3D printed part ( pink ) on the shaft on one picture and again installed inside the voice box. This is not an easy fix. It takes time to undo the doll, repair it and put it back together. But it is worth the effort since after the repair Woody works perfectly. You may need to adjust the design to match what you have since a lot of different models were made and they may not all be the same. I have included the original file in Freecad.
