8/21 UPDATED FILES LAYWOOD FILAMENT (link below). After numerous design creations and prints, it was time to expand my filament horizons. Anyone unfamiliar can buy any type of material, from sandstone to magnetic material. Check out the link below; it's an insane guide to all the capabilities of 3D printing...HIGHLY recommend giving it a once over Back to the build. I have not tried the print with ABS or PLA yet, so please send feedback if you build. At the bottom of the mast, I had to sand it down (a couple strokes will do) so it would fit into the deck. Also, I had no idea it would float, so that was freaking awesome. Take care when removing the build and sanding the mask, and feel free to make it bigger or smaller depending on your needs. Hope you guys enjoy!
